Ingredients ( for four people ):
400 g of Tre dita Masseria Terra&Grano
30 g of basil
3 tablespoons of Parmesan
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of Sardinian pecorino
1 tablespoon of pine nuts
1/2 glass of extra virgin olive oil
Salt up to taste

Method
Start by preparing the pesto. In a blender, put the lightly crushed garlic cloves, then add the washed and carefully dried basil leaves. Add the salt and then pecorino, parmesan and pine nuts. Only at the end pour the oil slowly and work until you get a sufficient sauce homogeneous. If needed, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and salt. When the pesto is ready pour it into a bowl.
