Ingredients ( for one person ):
Terra&Grano half sleeves
Tuna in EVO oil a pack of 80 g
10 g of toasted pine nuts
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 clove of garlic
a few basil leaves
a few drops of lemon
salt to taste

Fry the garlic clove in the extra virgin olive oil in a pan, add the pine nuts toasted and the tuna drained into small pieces. Mix and let it taste. In the meantime, cook the mezze Maniche in a saucepan with salted water. Drained pasta not as soon as it is al dente and add it to the tuna and pine nut mixture. Saute in the pan and perfume with basil and a few drops of lemon.
