700 g of Romanesco broccoli

2 anchovies

Method
Pasta with broccoli is a first course that we love very much, but if you want a creamy pasta and tantalizing you must try the pasta with broccoli pesto and almond crusty bread. The broccoli pesto and a sweet and enveloping cream and the bread crumbs give a crunchy touch irresistible delicacy.

HOW TO PREPARE BROCCOLI PESTO
To prepare the broccoli pesto you have to prepare the broccoli as if you were preparing a classic one pasta with broccoli. Then in a pan heat the oil with a clove of garlic and sauté broccoli. If pasta is also for children, it is better to avoid anchovies and chili peppers, they give character with broccoli but the flavor may be too strong for the little ones . Cook for about 20 minutes wetting occasionally with the pasta cooking water. Eliminate the garlic and puree the broccoli with a few tablespoons of grated Parmigiano Reggiano.

PREPARE THE CRISPY BREAD
