Prosecco vinified after a careful selection of the best Glera grapes from the same harvest.

The color is bright straw yellow, enlivened by a fine and persistent perlage, the result of the long natural fermentation that characterizes its body and foam. Fresh and elegant, rich in fruit aromas including apple and pear, with a hint of citrus that fades into the flowers. The wine is soft and dry at the same time thanks to a lively acidity.

Ideal as an aperitif. The fine taste stimulates the palate, especially in combination with cakes, focaccia and white meat. It also goes well with oysters and shellfish. The balanced taste supports the sweet trend of these products.
